We take care of your regular bills and incoming mail while you’re away. Each month includes two scheduled visits within our Mae Rim service area to collect letters or small parcels and pay your utility or service bills — keeping everything organized and up to date for your return.
What’s included
2 visits per month (within service zone)
Payment of up to 5 utility or service bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
Collection of letters and small parcels during each visit
Photo confirmation and summary report after every visit
Receipts and payment proofs stored in your digital or physical property folder
Additional conditions
Fixed price: 500 THB/month (covers 2 visits + up to 5 payments).
Additional parcel reception or delivery that requires waiting or signing: +200 THB per time.
Extra visits (beyond 2/month): +200 THB per visit if requested.
Payments made using the owner’s pre-funded balance.
