No. Most owners are away — Nordee coordinates securely with stored keys or on-site caretakers. You’ll receive photo updates after every visit for peace of mind.
Can I add extra services?
Yes, you can add extra services on top of the standard cleaning and gardening for an additional fee.
What do I need to provide?
We normally use your cleaning tools and detergents, plus gardening equipment (mower, trimmer, fuel, etc.). If you prefer, Nordee can purchase consumables locally and bill you at cost with receipts.
How are quotes calculated?
Each quote is based on property size, layout, and garden complexity. For example, a 95 m² home with an 800 m² garden typically costs 5,500 THB/month for 2+2 visits. Larger or more complex properties are quoted individually.
What if extra visits or emergency help are needed?
