Regular inspections help ensure your property stays safe, clean, and well maintained between visits or tenancies. Each inspection includes a short photo report so you can review your home’s condition remotely with peace of mind. Seasonal risks such as moisture, early leaks, insects, and storm debris are also checked during rainy or dry periods.
What’s checked
Security: doors, windows, and locks
Utilities: electricity, water supply, and meter readings
Damp, insects, or animal activity
Garden condition, general cleanliness, and any storm or leak damage
Seasonal risk points: moisture build-up, blocked gutters, outdoor pooling (weather dependent)
Conditions & pricing
500 THB per visit for standard homes (up to 200 m²)
700 THB/month for a regular plan with 2 visits and reports
Larger or multi-floor houses quoted individually
Urgent call-outs: 700 THB per visit (outside schedule)
Inspections are visual only — no repairs are done during the visit
A brief photo summary is sent within 24 hours after each visit
