Our services are strictly one-on-one (for dogs from the same household only) to eliminate risks associated with mixing unknown dogs, ensuring your dog receives 100% of our attention in a secure environment.

📜 Essential Conditions & Disclaimers
By booking Dog Care Services with Nordee - Property Management & Home Care, the client agrees to the following legally vital conditions:
1. Safety, Health & Eligibility Requirements
One-on-One Policy: We only accept one client's dog(s) at a time. No dogs from different households will ever be mixed.
Vaccinations Required: All dogs must be current on core vaccinations (Distemper, Parvovirus, Rabies) and proof must be provided prior to service commencement.
No Medication/Illness: We strictly do not administer any medication or accept dogs that are sick, injured, or recovering from surgery.
Aggression & Behavior: Clients must disclose any history of aggression, biting, or excessive fear. If a dog is deemed dangerous or unmanageable by the sitter, service will be terminated immediately. The client will be liable for any injury/damage caused by their dog.
Spay/Neuter Status: Female dogs who are currently "in heat" or male dogs who are excessively intact, intact dogs exhibiting strong territorial behavior are not permitted for Run & Play services.
2. Special Conditions for Run & Play Services
Pond/Water Play Disclaimer: Client acknowledges that the pond is natural, non-chlorinated water and is used at the owner's risk. The client waives all claims related to minor issues resulting from water play (e.g., muddy paws, wet coat, minor skin irritation).
Post-Play Care: A rinse and towel dry is compulsory for all dogs utilizing the Run & Play service before they are returned or collected.
3. Emergency Protocol & Liability
Waiver of Liability: The client waives all claims against Nordee - Property Management & Home Care for illness, injury, escape, loss, or death of the pet, except those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the sitter.
Financial Responsibility: In an emergency, the client authorizes the sitter to transport the dog to the designated veterinarian. The client assumes full financial responsibility for all resulting veterinary expenses.
Client Property (In-Home Watch): The client agrees to hold Nordee.net harmless from any loss or damage to their home, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the sitter.
4. Time Frames, Payment & Cancellation
Payment: Full payment for all booked services is required prior to the commencement of service.
Cancellation Policy: (As agreed previously) 48 hours notice required for a full refund. Less than 48 hours will result in a fee equivalent to one full-service visit retained by Nordee.net.

Run & Play (option 1 & 2)
2 hours of exclusive use of our secure, fenced private yard. Includes fetch, interactive games, and socialization with the sitter. Unique access to our natural flowing pond for a supervised swim/wading (owner authorization required). Compulsory rinse and towel dry before return/collection.
In-home Dog Watch (option 3)
2 hours of continuous care at your residence. Includes feeding (if required), fresh water, supervised play in your yard or inside, and dedicated social interaction. Ideal for non-travelers or nervous dogs.
