Nordee’s Vehicle Care service helps keep your car or motorbike in reliable running condition while you’re away. Many vehicles suffer from flat batteries, moisture buildup, and mechanical sticking when left unused for weeks or months. Our service provides simple, routine use and basic visual checks — ideal for ensuring your vehicle remains ready for your next visit.

This service is not mechanical maintenance but a practical way to reduce vehicle-related issues caused by long periods of inactivity.

What’s Included in Each Visit

1. Vehicle Start-Up

We start the engine, allow it to idle briefly, and listen for unusual sounds or alerts.

• Helps maintain battery charge

• Keeps fluids circulating

• Identifies warning lights early

2. Short Test Drive

A brief local drive in Mae Rim to keep:

• Battery and alternator functioning

• Brakes from sticking

• Tires properly seated

• Engine components from seizing

Distance is kept short and safe, and always within local area routes.

3. Basic Visual Check

A simple, non-technical review of the vehicle’s condition:

• Tire pressure appears normal

• Headlights, signals, dashboard lights

• Exterior condition

• Any leaks visible under the vehicle

• Any unusual sounds or smells

4. Owner Update

A quick message update, optionally with a photo, highlighting anything noteworthy.

Optional Extras

Partner services are billed at cost with receipts. Nordee charges a fixed service fee for time and handling.

Car Wash (pickup + drop-off)

We drive your vehicle to a trusted partner for washing and return it afterwards.

Road Tax Renewal Handling

500 THB
We prepare documents, submit them, and collect the new tax sticker.
(Government fees charged separately.)

Garage Drop-Off for Basic Service

500 THB
For simple tasks handled by partner shops, such as:

• Oil changes

• Battery check

• Tire pressure or rotation

• General quick servicing

Extended Garage Visit (long wait times, two trips, or more complex coordination)

Used when service requires extended visits or return trips.

Airport Pick-Up / Drop-Off Using Your Vehicle

500 THB
(+100 THB after 21:00)
Convenient if you wish to return home using your own car.

Conditions & Notes

These ensure safety, clarity, and legal compliance:

• The vehicle must be taxed, insured, and legally drivable.

• The owner is responsible for fuel, tolls, and partner service costs.

• Nordee’s role is operational and non-technical. We do not perform repairs, diagnostics, or mechanical assessments.

• Drives are limited to local routes in Mae Rim for safety and practicality.

• For vehicles that cannot start or have mechanical issues, partner services can be arranged at cost.

• Prices may vary for properties outside Nordee’s primary service radius (8.5 km from Mae Rim Plaza).

• All partner services require owner approval before any work begins
