Our service provides essential, attentive care and companionship in the comfort and security of your own home in the Mae Rim area. This minimizes travel stress for your cat and maintains their crucial daily routine.

📜 Essential Conditions & Disclaimers

By booking Cat Care Services with Nordee - Property Management & Home Care (Nordee.net), the client agrees to the following conditions:

1. Health & Eligibility Requirements

  • No Medication/Illness: We strictly do not administer any medication (oral, topical, or injection) or provide care for cats that are sick, injured, or recovering from surgery. If a cat shows signs of illness during a visit, the emergency protocol below will be activated.

  • Aggression Disclosure: Clients must fully disclose any known behavioral issues, including fear, anxiety, or aggression toward strangers. Nordee - Property Management & Home Care reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a cat poses a safety risk to the sitter.

2. Emergency & Veterinary Care

  • Vet Authorization: The client must provide the name and contact information for their preferred veterinarian and an emergency contact person prior to the start of service.

  • Financial Responsibility: In the event of a pet illness or emergency where the owner cannot be reached, the client authorizes the sitter to transport the cat to the designated veterinarian. The client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any and all veterinary or emergency expenses incurred.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: All services must be booked and confirmed in advance.

  • Payment: Full payment for all booked visits is required prior to the commencement of the first visit.

  • Cancellation Policy: Our time slots are reserved exclusively for you.

    • Notice Greater than 48 Hours: Full refund (100% of the service fee).

    • Notice Less than 48 Hours (including same-day): A fee equivalent to one full-service visit (500 Baht) will be retained to cover the reserved time and lost booking opportunity.

    • Early Return: No refunds or credits will be issued if the client returns home early after the service has already begun.

4. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

  • Waiver of Liability: The client acknowledges that in-home pet care carries inherent risks, including accidental injury, sudden illness, or death. The client agrees to hold Nordee - Property Management & Home Care harmless from any claims arising from such incidents, unless proven to be caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by the sitter.

  • Property Access: Clients must provide reliable access (keys, codes) and ensure their home is safe for the sitter to enter and exit. Nordee.net is not responsible for any issues resulting from faulty locks or security systems.
